SMALL GROUP

Redemption After Prison

Redemption After Prison (RAP) supports men rebuilding their lives after incarceration through fellowship, mentorship, practical resources and relationships. Born from the experiences of men returning home after long prison sentences, RAP has grown into a community in which formerly incarcerated men help guide and encourage others navigating the challenges of reentry.

Meeting monthly at First Presbyterian, participants share a meal, connect with resources and support one another as they rebuild their lives, families and communities. Through its partnership with First Pres Community Ministries, RAP can also connect participants with practical services ranging from clothing and mail assistance to counseling and other forms of support.
